I totally believe that imperfections make perfection!
So there may be a few smudged prints or a few splats on products that I believe give extra character. HOWEVER If your item is broken, faulty or damaged in any way shoot me an email at email@example.com and I'll refund or replace your item/s within the first 6 months of purchase.
Refunds and Returns are NOT avalible for Design service or Art commisions.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing any of our products you agree to the following terms;
1. Returns or Refunds must be made within a 6 month period of purchasing. After 6 months of purchase returns and refunds will not be given.
2. Refunds and Returns are NOT available for Design services or Art Commissions.
3. If 'Client Pick Up' is selected as a delivery option it is purely the client's responsibility to arrange time to pick up item/s. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0422397020.
4. Items purchases from www.brittwestaway.com are NOT to be resold or redistributed at ANY costs. Legal action will be taken if required.
5. Prices are subjective for design service and or art commissions. Further Terms and Conditions apply and can be found HERE.
I've got no intention of stealing your identity or important details and I promise never to show them to anyone else. Everything you put into my site is confidential and used only to place transactions.
For my Aussie customers we have a $5 flat rate fee for all purchases, then an additional $3 for every other item. This fee is just standard post. If you'd like express post please send me an email quoting your order as soon as you've made your purchase
